Different Roles

Trainer/coach

People generally don’t need to learn to stop doing anything. We can all learn new things, and sometimes the timing of certain behaviour can be improved. In this role, I support people in discovering for themselves what the effects of their current behaviour are, in order to open up (new) choices. My style: active, reflective, pragmatic, innovative and connecting.

Change facilitator

Mergers, takeovers, changing markets, shrinking organisations, rapid expansion... change is often the only constant factor. How do people deal with this? How can you create a team, department or organisation culture that contributes to the desired results and suits the people within the company? Intriguing questions that Jitske Kramer tackles: from the initial culture scan to the implementation of values and the desired behaviour.

Author

Fortunately, there is a way to collect and collate all the good new thoughts and ideas that come your way – writing. It is also refreshing and inspiring to step back from the bustle of everyday life and commit new insights and ideas to paper. Besides the book I wrote and the occasional article, I started a blog on diversity & change (Dutch).

Speaker

Dynamic and interactive. Able to make complex (intercultural) processes clear through apposite examples, arguments and film clips. Clear theory illustrated with practical experiences from the world of international business. Can also be booked through:

Mother & Partner

After work, there is nothing more wonderful than looking at the world through the eyes of my two children, sitting in a café, going to the theatre or relaxing on a lovely, lazy long holiday.
